This leads many of us to believe that being healthy is simply being slim. And that being slim isn't some degree of luck.
Slim alone isn't the measure of good health.
For example, you can be slim and stressed, slim and fatigued, or slim with poor gut health.

Why people are overweight
Many falsely believe that people are overweight because:
they are too inactive, and they eat too much.
This simply isn't true.
Counting calories is flawed, and isn't part of the solution: you don't need to.

Gut and liver health
Actually, the makeup of your gut bacteria versus others is a key difference between those who become overweight or not.
And healthy or unhealthy.
- Gut health has more influence on your health than genes alone.
- Your level of liver and visceral fat also tell us a lot about your current and future health.

- None of these are fully visible when looking at someone.

- More support / coaching calls.
- More in-depth assessments to speed up your progress.
- Reviewing your activity/sleep tracker data to help identify changes you can make.

- This can help you progress as a family. We understand how to create gradual change which works with children too.
- We combine assessments and make sensible joint recommendations.
- Note: people under the age of 18 are not eligible for our one-to-one coaching sessions.
